Then select the Find A Clinician button to be directed to the UBH online clinician directory. By logging in to liveandworkwell.com, you will be able to access an online clinician directory most appropriate for your benefit plan.

Prospective customers, members without a liveandworkwell Access Code and clinicians can go to http://www.ubhprovider.com for access to the full UBH/USBHPC network.
